Very amazing necklaces one is done with metal necklace with yarn for $650.00 and the other was just some kind of foam balls wih plastic  covered ith some kind of plastic wrap  price $450.00 I tell you there are some big spenders  here in Singapore I think its get to  point that it dosent matter if is plastic metal or wood as long as is very expensive the rich will buy just because is expensive if is inexpensive they will not buy everything is about brand, , the chinese are overbuilding and buying like there is no tomorrow , I supposed when people are opressed for a long time and they have to get it out their system!

Chinese pork a la Sweet!

     
                        Recipe: mix and marinate the following for two hours and then fried in a litle bit of oil.
                                  1 1/2 lb. beef or pork sliced         1medium onion sliced
                                   Soy sauce 5 Tbp                         Sugar 2 1/2 Tbp.
                                   Green onion chooped 4 Tbp.       Garlic finely minced 2 Tbp. 
                                    Sesame seeds 2 Tbp.                  2 Tbp. oil
                                    Black pepper 1/2 tsp.                  1 kiwi minced or 1 apple cut very fine
                                    I added finely sliced carrot wich I fried very ligthly and dry on paper towell
                                    do not fry more then 1 minute........serve over rice....Enjoy!

Recipe :"Chinese Duck a la Hope"

                      Here is a great recipe that I got from this sweet chinese lady , with her broken Inglish
                      and my spanglish ad a lot of sign lenguaje this what I got after she repeated me the recipe
                      fo 15 time..who know it migth not be the original recipe but it turn out to be one of my
                      best recipes ever!..lets begin:
                                        Ingredients: 1. duck cut in 6 pieces with head or without
                                                            2. sugar to taste
                                                            3. oil
                                                            4. chinese spice or 5 spices powder
                                                            5. 8 cloves
                                                            6. 1 large cinamon stick
                                                            7. Dark soy sauce like 3 cups
                                                            8. 2 Star aniseeds
                                                            9. 8 garlic teeth, chopped very small
                                                          10. 1/4 cup blue ginger ifcant find use regular ginger
                                                                 cut very small
                                                         
                   *  Proceed to rub Duck with 4 tablespoon of chinese seasoning
                     
                         preparation: 1.  Saute in oil like /3 cup, add ginger ,garlic until garlic is caramel color.
                                              2.  Add soy sauce , sugar to taste I added like 2 cups,and the  cinaom stick
                                                    cloves and stirr and stirr specially the bottom of te pan do this for like
                                                    5 minutes dont leave the pan alone you have to keep stirring or it will
                                                    get burn. Start medium heat and then at low medium.
                                              3.  remove from burner and quick add duck pieces and add enough water
                                                   until duck pieces are cover 1/2 of body. stir water and sauce.
                                               4. rigth awy place back in burner and place a lid and simmer @ medium
                                                   low and turn the duck pieces every 7 minutes andsimmer and keep
                                                   this for an hour for 1 hour .

                                This is the most amazing Duck I have ever tasted it was in between the taste of steak
                                 Sirloin and Chicken it was so tender ad yet well cook O love it! ..Bon appetite!

        I had a very traumatic experience, unless I really have to I will let the butcher do the cutting, yes sir!

this recipe was so easy  Whatever I make I have to remodifed so I can do it from my head and I cook without recipes so here is my version no special tools needed  ..so Here I go simple and easy, you need ; Nori thats is the sea weed wrap,1 cup rice wash and proceed to cooked(I always cheat I love my rice cooker) add  combined vinegar 2Tbp. ,Sugar 1 tsp salt ,add to hot rice mix with spoon ( I preefer jut plain rice its up to your taste buds desire)..now is where the fun begins ..Make sure your rice still warm and take a sheet of Nori and fill with rice and slice of salmon,cucumber,chooped shrimp.....or just have a lonely Nori!...you notest I dint sliced like sushi funny me I eat it just like that with soy sauce for dipping yummm!

My first homemade of cose it had to be peruvian, I use 1/2 the chicken on clearance for $1.75 and 1onion for .30 and 1 tomatore for .25 rice and spices for .50 ....dinner for 2  for 2.80 not bad..I knew I culd do it!!

Head and feet!!!

     I bougth this very small chicken wrap on plastic just like the US but when I open the package the head and th feet come out flying out ..I screan so hard ..becase I wasnt expectin it ....it took me 1 hour to cut up the head and the feet off  hint: never close your eyes when trying to cut the chicken  head off, because you migth end up cutting your finger like I did! ...

What should I cook!


I was lost I dint know how in the world I was going to understand  chinese ,japenese,korean,
thailand,philpino,malasya,lao oh goodness I just have to take a leap of faith and become a friend of all these foreign foods...wish me good luck!

Black eggs...okkkkkk

I was so surprise to se Black eggs is more amazingly interesting they dont keep their eggs in the refrigerator yikes!..but I found out that is the norm um hum!
